I just wanted to let you know how much I love the ESSX Vaulting Poles. Last year I was vaulting on an ESSX 11’6″ 123lb, and I needed to change to a longer pole. Then I started using the 12’4″, 121.1lb, and the transition was so easy and allowed me to be successful at state. Thank you!
As a serious Masters competitor, I need a lot of consistency and a little forgiveness than the poles I used in college. ESSX poles allow me to easily control my vault in all situations or conditions no matter how I feel on a particular day. A “worldclass” pole made available to all levels of athletes!
OK you are right, a shorter stiffer pole threw my girls higher. They are now using a pole 18 lbs over their weight and are ready to moveto the 13’7” poles. Your 2.2 lbs system works but they have so much confidence now and go through poles that we will need to order in 4.4 lbs increments.

We used your pole calculator and I was able to fit my son to the pole for the first time. Without question that is the best tool a coach can use. We have now purchased over six poles from you and my son, is now jumping over a 15’ bungee with your ESSX 14’7” pole.
The poles work great! I’ve had several vaulters, both boys and girls, qualify to go to state. We will bring a few points back that we never had before. The poles fly man!
More news, I jumped 14 feet yesterday on the 182. That pole is money. I cannotwait to blow through it and get on my next one. I know I will jump higher. Hope things are going well… these poles rock!
Things have been going well. Today I jumped 13’1” from 10 steps on the 13’7” 154.0 ESSX. I love it!
